Start here: everything you bought, and how to get to it

Lost an email or not sure where something lives? You're in the right place. Find what you bought below and follow the steps. Most of the time it takes ten seconds.

The one thing that fixes almost everything

Log in and check with the exact email you purchased with. Your login code, your downloads, and your class links all go to that one address. If something's missing, that's almost always why. And peek in your spam or promotions folder, then add lara@larasmahjongedit.com to your contacts so it never happens again.

Live classes & sessions

Access = your Zoom link

Your access is a Zoom link. It's in your order confirmation and in a reminder the day before and the day of. The passcode is built into the button, so one click gets you in, nothing to type.

Recorded, always. Can't make it live? Every class is recorded. Your replay and PDF takeaway arrive by email within 24 hours. Confidence Club members: every replay also lives in the Watch the Replays space inside your community, so you never have to hunt for it.

Signed up for a specific date? Make sure you're opening the link for the session you chose. If you booked the July 25 class, use the July 25 link, not an earlier one.

Confidence Club & Teacher Edit

Access = your community

Both memberships live in your community at laras-mah-jong-edit.circle.so. There's no password: log in with your email and we send you a one-time code.

Go to laras-mah-jong-edit.circle.so and enter the email you purchased with.

Check your inbox for the one-time code, enter it, and you're in.

Confidence Club members: your content is in the PDF Vault, Video Vault, and Watch the Replays. Teacher Edit members: everything lives in The Teacher Edit area.

Logged in but don't see your content? You're almost certainly using a different email than the one you purchased with. Try that one, or write support and I'll look you up.

Confidence Club members: your 15% discount on live classes is posted inside the Confidence Club community and included in your member emails.

Need to update or cancel? If you joined the Confidence Club directly in the community, manage it under your Circle profile menu → Settings → Billing. If you subscribed through the website (Teacher Edit, or an older Confidence Club plan), log into your account at larasmahjongedit.com/account and open your subscriptions there. One login now covers your account and your subscriptions. Not sure which? Email support@larasmahjongedit.com and we'll sort it fast.

2026 Strategy Edit

Access = web page + password

Strategy Edit is not in the community and it's not a download. It lives on its own web page that you open with a password.

Open your welcome email, subject "Your 2026 Strategy Edit is ready (keep this email)." It has your access page and your password.

Go to larasmahjongedit.com/pages/strategy-edit-members and enter the password from that email.

These are digital PDFs you download and print at home, not items we ship. Your download link is in your delivery email.
